Can you fill prescriptions from American doctors?
Yes we can once a Canadian doctor has reviewed your "chart" and approved the prescription under his/her Canadian license.
Do I get charged a shipping charge for every prescription?
Shipping charges are $14.99 (In U.S. Dollars) per package (not per drug) for prescription items.
Is the dispensing fee charged for each prescription?
Our Dispensing fees are included in our prices.
Are all American drugs available?
Not all drugs available in the United States are available in Canada.
What is the difference between a brand name drug and a Generic drug?
A generic drug is a medication for which the original manufacturer has lost patent protection. Because of this, other manufacturers are allowed to produce and sell the exact medication at a lower more competitive price. The generic drug is the exact same medication as the original brand name drug, simply made by another company. Due to strict regulations on the generic drug industry, these drugs must provide the same therapeutic effect as the brand name drug.
What information do you need from me so that my order will be processed as fast as possible?
We need from you:

1) A Power of Attorney & Release Form. You can submit this to us in 1 way:
a. Sign and fax it to us

2) A Patient Profile questionnaire. You can submit this to us in 1 way:
a. Complete it and fax it to us

3) A valid American prescription. You can get us the prescription information.
a. Fax or mail us the original prescription that has been signed by your doctor.

4) Your billing information: a credit card that is either MasterCard or Visa.
How long will my order take to process?
It takes 8 business days to process your prescriptions once we have your COMPLETE patient profile and your VALID American prescription, plus 7 to 10 business days for shipping.

Why can the pharmacy only write a prescription for a maximum of 3 months?
Due to regulations put into place by the FDA, American citizens are only allowed to import a maximum of 3 months worth of medication for personal use. Any amount above this 3 month limit is not considered "personal use".
What can slow down the process of my order?
At the pharmacy, our goal is to get your medications processed within 8 business days, and 7-10 business days for shipping. Sometimes, this process can be slowed down slightly if:

a) Your credit card information is inaccurate or incomplete. Always ensure that you copy down your credit card information accurately, and ensure that all the fields are completed when filling in our on-line forms.

b) Your credit card company denies the purchase because it is from a foreign company. Sometimes as a security measure, credit card companies will deny purchases that are made in a foreign country if they can tell that you haven’t traveled there recently. It helps if you are able to speak to your credit card company to let them know that a purchase from a foreign company will be going through on your credit card, so that they will know to permit this purchase.
What is your Return Policy?
The Pharmacist shall not accept the return for use or re-use of any portion of any drug or non-prescription medication (College of Pharmacists Standard 5.1 (m) Standards of Practice - The Pharmacist, Jan. 1, 1996)
